Tracy Ammann Waight is no stranger to Central Texas, being raised right here in Austin! Tracy attended West Lake High School and later Texas Tech University. Having spent a few years in Manhattan, Florida, and later Dripping Springs, Tracy now makes her home in north Austin. Before joining Prominent Title, Tracy worked in a diverse range of organizations, including Saturday Night Live, her own restaurant, and the Real Estate Council of Austin - making Tracy adaptable, driven and highly motivated. Tracy’s family has a long history in Texas, and she gives back to the Austin community by being involved with The Helping Hand Gala, Catch a Dream Foundation and MD Anderson.

Kathryn knows how to maximize opportunities for others by building strong relationships and adding value to her clients’ business ventures. A native Austinite, she has guided clients on ways to best navigate tax-related economic development programs in Texas and throughout the country. Now, she takes the same, detail-oriented approach to helping her clients through all aspects of the title process. Kathryn is deepest passionate about service and volunteerism. She was appointed by Gov. Rick Perry in 2014 to serve on the Board of Directors for OneStar National Service Commission, an organization that promotes volunteerism in Texas and oversees the AmeriCorps programs for the state. Additionally, she serves on the Development Council for Austin Can Academy.
JANE ANNE VAN WISSE

Jane Anne has worked in the real estate industry since 2001, nine of which have been in title sales. She was awarded “rookie of the year” and “top sales awards” during her five years at Fidelity National Home Warranty. She joined Prominent Title in 2014 as a residential sales representative and is confident that her clients will feel right at home from the start of the transaction to the closing table. Jane Anne grew up in Austin and currently resides in Barton Hills with her husband, who is also a native Austinite.

As a native Texan, Payton’s genuine southern hospitality and personality make each client feel comfortable and taken care of from contract to closing. For over 10 years, Payton worked as a paralegal with real estate and corporate attorneys in Houston before moving to Austin in 2013. She is passionate about the Austin real estate market and specializes in making connections for her clients that last beyond the closing table. Payton enjoys life with her husband, Dan and their two boys. They give backto the community through several charitable organizations, with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society being closest to Payton’s heart.

Marlee is a business development representative for Prominent Title, with over ten years of experience in the industry. Marlee prides herself on providing her clients with professional and dedicated service. She is well respected in the industry for her positive attitude and commitment to helping others. Marlee graduated from the University of Texas and is married with three children. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors with her family and attending the many organized sporting events of her three children.
